We are looking for a Health Insurance Team Member to Manage insurance policies and ensure patients receive the care they need according to the agreed policies and coverage.
Main tasks will include but will not be limited to:
Enrollment and eligibility: The medical insurance member is responsible for enrolling members into insurance programs and verifying their eligibility for coverage
Processing claims for medical services rendered to members. This includes verifying that the service is covered by the member's insurance policy and ensuring that the claim is submitted correctly.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to members. This includes answering questions about insurance
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of policyholder information and claims.
Uses data and analytics tools to analyze health insurance trends and identify opportunities for improvement. They evaluate policyholder behavior and utilization patterns and work with insurers to design more effective policies and programs.
