Title:  Quality Lab Technician, 1st Shift


Description: 
Duties/Responsibilities:

 

Performs duties in support of the day-to-day functions of the QC Chemistry Laboratory, including but not limited to routine analysis on water samples, raw materials, finished products by utilizing wet chemical techniques, instrumental analysis (Conductivity meter, Osmometer, etc) and other various laboratory methods.
Responsible for glassware cleaning and general lab cleanliness.
Responsible for the management and offsite storage of laboratory notebooks and file folders
Interfaces with LIMS/LabWare, as required, for sample login and data entry.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by a lab supervisor/manager. Responsible for completion of work as assigned.
Accurately and clearly documents inspection and test results in accordance to department and site SOPs.
Stores lab supplies and reagents and conducts physical inventories.
Perform equipment maintenance as required.
Accurately organizes notebooks and file folders.  Prepares appropriate documentation for offsite storage.
Qualifications:

Possesses basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and can use a calculator.Familiar with cGMPs, CFR, and the USP.

Demonstrates good attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and perform work in a timely manner.

Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with peers, department management and production personnel.

Knowledge of computer systems at a level proficient to navigate input and/or reference computerized data.

Must have sound judgment and basic analytical skills to enable assessment of risk to issues related to monitoring of the manufacturing floor.

Physical Demands

Ability to walk distances of 1-3 miles per day.
Good manual dexterity to repetitively manipulate syringes, vials, stoppers, etc
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Education/Experience: (Indicate whether required or preferred):

Required : Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years in a laboratory environment

Preferred : Associates Degree with Chemistry coursework with a minimum of 2 years experience in a laboratory environment OR Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Biological Sciences with 0-2 years experience

 Title:  Territory Account Manager 503B - West coast/CA

Description: 
The Territory Account Manager is responsible for selling all 503B products within an assigned geographical territory. The Account Manager will maintain and generate new business, promote products/programs, enforce contract compliance, develop current and new account relationships, and achieve Hikma 503B corporate goals. The Account Manager is also responsible for working closely with Customer Service, Contracts and Marketing  which provides a timely and accurate function that serves the needs of both sales and our customers.

 

Strategy:

•    Identifies marketplace trends, communicates those trends to the sales team, and capitalizes on opportunities.
•     Prepares and utilizes sales tools to maximize effective customer presentations.
•    Utilizes product knowledge and sales skills to identify and meet customer needs.
•    Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to provide a market-leading service level to our customers.
•    Responsible for GPO/LOA pull through 
•    Develops key accounts

 

Functional Responsibilities:

•    Achieves quarterly and annual territory sales goals.
•     Increases sales in assigned territory and develops new business opportunities.

Launches new products and programs.
Manages territory effectively and maintains a regular call schedule to key accounts
Manages day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing function with customers and colleagues. 
Collaborates with internal departments (Customer Service, Marketing ,Finance, etc.) and external groups  to follow-up on any issues, questions or concerns expressed by our customers.
Collaborates with Manager, Territory Sales & Business Support to identify and implement efficient sales processes.
Applies effective organization, planning and time management skills.
Manages expense budget responsibly.
Completes reports as requested by management containing information about sales calls and marketplace conditions.
Plans effectively

Manages & controls  T&E expenses.

Title:  Production Operator II - 3rd Shift

Description: 
In accordance with Hikma SOP’s and cGMP’s, the Production Operator II is responsible for the inspection, labeling and packaging of finished drug product. The Production Operator II position will execute these tasks manually, or will be responsible for operating equipment that performs these functions.

Performs visual inspection of drug product in accordance with SOP’s and cGMP’s.
Performs manual packaging functions as required.
Sets up, maintains and operates various pieces of computerized and manual inspection/packaging equipment.
Performs line clearance of assigned production lines as required.
Adheres to cGMP’s and internal SOP’s as required.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of machine output and product integrity.
Responsible for maintaining a clean production environment during shift.
Completes and maintains applicable log book and batch record paperwork as required.
Reports both machine and manual deviations to area supervisor or designee.
Performs other related production functions, such as: Inspector, Packer, Catching, etc. as determined by supervisor and/or management.
 H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required. Some college and/or college degree preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
A close visual acuity (eye exam) is required.
Employee may be required to lift 5 – 40 pounds.
Employee may be required to stand continually throughout the shift.
Job involves frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and lifting.
The noise level of the job environment is moderate. Hearing protection is provided and may be required at times.
