Job Description and Requirements
Job Summary

Responsible for implementing, administering, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting ERP solutions Also responsible for providing analytical support for facility business and financial applications, participating in the evaluation, planning, database building, testing, implementation and support for ERP solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing and implementing ERP projects

Planning, implementing and supporting ERP modules like Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain and others
Assessing the feasibility of adopting new tools
Participating in committees responsible for upgrading or implementing new solutions and improving processes
Formulating functional and technical requirements/specifications in coordination with business owners
Supporting end-users
Providing support for ERP modules, communicating downtime procedures to users through IT Service Desk
Working with software vendors to solve application problems and assisting with the design and testing of customized code
Maintaining familiarity with the databases, reporting capabilities of facility information systems and advising end users on available or customized decision support tools
Providing internal consultancy

Providing internal consultancy for the Managers regarding solutions or business process improvement opportunities
Maintaining system

Participating/carrying out software maintenance and updating the Information System in a timely manner when requested
Reporting

Providing statistical data and reporting on monthly and adhoc basis for management and key departments as per instruction from Manager
Providing end user training

Providing training or reviewing sessions to the user community relative to the implementation of new systems and upgrades/enhancements
Providing customer service and support

Responding to verbal and written enquiries in a timely manner
Providing technical expertise in ERP system analysis
Contributing to team effort

Participating in all team efforts as required
Collaborating with other members of the team to carry out work smoothly
Other daily and routine activities

Providing on-call support during off hours
Complying with Policies, Procedures and Practices of the AMC facilities and other regulatory requirements

Complying consistently with facility policies, procedures and practices and ensuring alignment with AMC facilities policies
Completing and maintaining regulatory requirements including: licensure and certification and other mandatory training within established time frames
Maintaining Confidentiality

Maintaining confidentiality with regards to any information exchanged or received in the current capacity of role in accordance with facility policy
Promoting Customer Service standards

Assuming the role of a brand ambassador for the facility and promoting a customer focused philosophy in dealing with any stakeholders
Maintaining positive and effective working relationships within the department/division and also with other departments/sections within the facility
Performing any other duties as may be assigned relevant to the basic responsibilities of the role
Adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety, Materials Management and Maintenance standards

Adhering to requirements of the Occupational Health and safety guidelines and infection control guidelines


Understanding and adhering to emergency preparedness plans/policies
Ensuring Personal Effectiveness

Recognizing the necessity of continuously developing skills and acquiring additional knowledge appropriate to the position
Dressing appropriately to meet the expectations of the specific work area and in alignment with the Occupational Health and Safety policies
Building key partnerships within the organization for pursuing client-centered, comprehensive, integrated systems of care
Complying with any regulations related to mentoring, training and development of Jordan nationals staff
Skills

Proficiency in English language                                                                    
MS Office and computer proficiency                                    
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
