QRTA is seeking to hire a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation officer responsible for guiding QRTA’s direction in M&E, and leading the development and implementation of M&E plans in coordination with QRTA’s specialized team, other related departments, and program team members. 

The candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or any other related field, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in a leadership role.
