• Proactively managing and developing the Network portfolio in collaboration with different stakeholders including customers representatives, CIB and Credit at H.O. and Countries respective CIB Teams by ensuring the highest standards of service excellence towards Network clients.
• Develop and implement approved account strategy for network clients, in alignment with overall Bank’s appetite and management directions.
• Ensure “Geography Cross-Sell” to optimize Bank’s profitability and undertake a coordinative and supportive role in meeting the needs of Network Clients with operations within Arab Bank countries of presence.
• Maintain proper book keeping of Network account files, call reports, group financials, previous credit decisions, issuance of credit memo covering client requests and all documents related to the assigned group.
• Coordinate and support the Bank’s transformation through digitalization of its products and services along with product development teams, ultimately leading to position the Bank ahead of our competition and to better service our customers.
• Managing the pipeline process and provide business clearance within the Bank appetite followed by supporting the proposal within the approving Credit Committees.
• Coordinate and clear CIB budgets for respective countries in line with the overall CIB budget; and process gap analysis to monitor performance taking the necessary actions to achieve the overall profitability and balance sheet KPIs.
• Manage and control past dues, annual reviews, excess reports, watch-list accounts; along with IFRS9 ECL numbers.
• Develop and maintain industry, sector and geographical knowledge through proactive market monitoring and research.
• Adhere to Arab Bank Policies and procedures and detailed understanding of Arab Bank Code of Conduct.
• Ensure all processes and procedures provide sufficient information and adhere to bank policy for any audit purposes.

• MSc. In business/ finance/ economics/ accounting from a reputable university (CMA/CBCA/CFA is a plus). 

• Minimum 7 years in corporate banking.  

• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives and management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
• Strong financial analysis experience.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English spoken and written.
