Job Title: Saleswomen
Job Summary: Responsible to attend to customers’ needs and maintain a well-stocked, clean and neat store in any section the store management requires.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
٠Greet and welcome the customer with a smile.
٠Provide product information and explain features.
٠Answer customers’ questions about products & services offered by Airportray.
٠Cross-sell and Up-sell products.
٠Ensure the daily refill of the section/s specified under your duty.
٠Ensure that shelves are clean and neat at all times.
Ensure the display of items are up to the standards (By size, by type…etc.).
٠Ensure that all items are labeled and priced.
٠Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
٠Act as a Cashier in the absence of the Senior Sales Associate or sales Supervisor.
٠Provide customer feedback to the Store Supervisor.
٠Report to the Senior Sales Associate in the absence of the sales Supervisor.
EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of B.A degree
Experience is not required but preferable.
Customer oriented.
Communication skills.
Attention to details.
Able to work fast and multitask.
Able to work on shifts : A(from 8 Am – 4 pm) B(from 4 pm-12 Am) C(from 12 Am -8 Am)
