QA Testing Lead
 
 
We are looking for a QA Test Lead to join our team at one of the most prestigious clients in Dubai – UAE.
 
Job Responsibilities: 
 
1.     Project coordinate with the client.
2.     Full responsibility for the planning, management and co-ordination of all quality and testing activities within complex Project. 
3.     Establish different Quality Management aspects in the program to meet the UI, Solution & Test Quality standards. 
4.     Conduct Quality Gates reviews at every phase during the complete release management cycle. 
5.     Working closely with the project's business and technical stakeholders to define and document testing strategy (functional and non-functional). 
6.     Establish appropriate test strategy to ensure the most effective and efficient testing is carried out, including the use of specialized testing tools and techniques. 
7.     Liaise with Program / Project managers to manage expectations for the testing stages of projects. Agree quality criteria and corrective action. 
8.     Assess
9.     test team size and capability. Identify any gaps and should further resources be required, ensure that it is justified. 
10.  Deliver weekly progress reports to the management. 
11.  Lead and mentor subject matter experts in test execution. 
12.  Assist with operational readiness testing incorporating various tests such as backup and recovery, security, high availability, resilience, site failover, disaster recovery and performance. Review deployment plans. 
13.  Highlight and drive risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions forward from identification through to resolution. 
14.  Attend appropriate project boards and team meetings. 
 
Requirements: 
·       7 - 10 years of experience in Quality testing. 
·       Good command of English language (verbal & written). 
·       Experience of large corporate international environments. 
·       Experience of Leading a large numbers of business users in multiple locations
