A leading Molasses / tobacco factory in Jordan – Amman is seeking for a professional Operation manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s Operation

Responsibilities:

1)    Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost – effective way.

2)    Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.

3)    Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.

4)    Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.

5)    Formulate strategic and operational objectives

6)    Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.

7)    Recruit, train and supervise stuff.

    Responsible on store, production, maintenance and quality departments in all issues.

9)    Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements and skills:

1)    Proven work experience as operation manager in molasses’s factory.

2)    At least 5 years’ experience in molasses’s factory.

3)    Knowledge of organization effectiveness and operation management.

4)    Excellent communication skills.

5)    Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.

6)    Leader ship ability.

7)    Outstanding organization skill

    Degree in industrial / mechanical / electrical engineering
