• Oversees ordering, purchasing, and stocking F&B products and follow up on F&B requests to ensure all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

• Oversee control stock movement levels and transfers to ensure availability of raw materials in all outlets.

• Arranges kiosk outlets and store areas for events for a proper products display

• Follows up on the maintenance of outlets equipment to void any delay in production

• Assists with F&B monthly stock-take to track any financial impact

• Follow up of variance discrepancies discovered in end of month reports and escalate to management

• Monitors the implementation of systems procedures in all outlets and coordinate with audit and business teams to ensure compliance with established procedures

• Coordinates the marketing and promotional activities for a proper presentation

• Coordinates the sourcing and testing for the new products and menus to ensure tasting committee satisfaction

• Establishes production and staff schedules to ensure timely delivery of food services.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

3 years minimum

Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
