Trainer
As a trainer, you will be responsible for performing training needs analysis, designing training materials, and conducting effective training programs.
Minimum requirements;
- 2 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer.
- Strong presentation & communication skills.
Team leader
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, supporting & monitoring a team of customer service agents to achieve the required KPIs.
Minimum requirements;
- 1 year experience as a Contact Center Team Leader
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
