Job Description
What you will do:
- Responsible for Technology area PR losses and Minor stops reduction on glide path.
- Make sure that quality defects/scrap generated in technology area reduced to zero defects.
- Monitor material usage losses in technology area on glide path.
- Responsible for the verification phase of new initiatives/projects.
- Responsible for organizational development, skill matrix completion area operators/ technicians.
- Improve CIL & Centreline parameters.
- Conduct root Cause analysis in place for his/her area via FI tools.
- Make sure that PM and Process Control Strategy exists.
- Remain a high-quality standards of her/his technology area.
- Spend 80~90% of the time on the floor (Supporting (coaching), observing and troubleshooting).
- Act as a main technical expert for his/her technology area.
- Own Operational Skill Matrix for their technology area and train & qualify operators.
- Actively participate in DDS (helps to analyse data, formulate actions, and set priorities for the day through LIR).
- Participate in corporate trainings and other trainings as per skill matrix.
- Set Area workplace standard and coach and qualify equipment owners’ others to follow it.
- Use change management process in his/her technology area.
- Share and re-apply learning with/from other PE in his/her technology area internally and externally
- Provide input and participate to design reviews of her/his technology area.
- Participate in start-up activities (Meeting, IQOQ, FIT, etc.) for her/his technology area.
- Appearance and Image:
- Ensures shift team are well presented through taking pride in the company uniform and that they observe personal hygiene standards and behaviours that enhance the company image.
- Ensure Prepare daily stopping report, production, and quality product, as our company system.
- Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.
- Support the identification process of function related OHS hazards and environmental aspects.
- Ensure a proper level of awareness about OHS hazards and environmental aspects for his her Subordinates to ensure having risk free environment in his her function (Area). .
- Understand and execute his/her pre-identified role in case of emergency
- Understand the consequences of not committing to OHS and environmental management systems requirements
- Any other requirements from management.
What you will need:
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering. We prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, and Chemical Engineering.
- Good command of English language.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of equipment and process in own area
- Strong knowledge of operating and safety procedures and standards.
