Finance Business Partner - Manager

About the job
Role Summary:

Administrative and executive oversight over the financial work of the retail banking services sector, by producing and analyzing financial information for the retail banking services sector and future forecasts with the required accuracy and efficiency that helps decision-makers to make appropriate decisions, and measure the financial performance of the industry by contributing to the preparation of the estimated budget for the services sector Retail banking, in coordination with the senior management of this sector, and supervising their achievement by comparing the actual results, analyzing deviations and establishing their causes, and preparing reports and financial studies related to the industry in order to achieve its objectives within the policies, procedures, and requirements of senior management.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the outputs of the strategic plan for the retail banking sector, in line with the bank's vision.

2 . Lead and coordinate the process of preparing estimated budgets.

reporting purposes.

9 . Work on developing financial reports to ensure access to

the easiest way to follow up on the performance of the retail banking services

sector and its products to achieve the financial goals of this sector to

present them to the decision-makers in senior management.

10 . Direct expenditures and revenues to the appropriate

general ledger accounts, ensuring fair presentation and appropriate

classification.

11 . Participate and contribute to providing the required.

support to the line manager by the sector's business requirements in terms of

information, data, and financial reports.

12. Monitor the sector's capital and operational expenditures, report on them, and submit them to the line manager.

13 . Coordinate with the Finance Department by exchanging.

information on any challenges to implement the overall business strategy,

plans, initiatives, and systems.

14 . Work as an original/ alternative member within the

business continuity plan and duly generalized emergency teams and perform all

the tasks required of him/ her according to the plan, in a manner that ensures

limiting the effects of crises and restoring operations as soon as possible.

15.Experience in pricing, RAROC, FTP calculations


Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, banking, or any related field.
A minimum experience of (8) years in management accounting /cost accounting /preparing estimated budgets.
Professional certificates such as CIMA/ CMA/ ACCA/ ACA...etc. is preferred
Full knowledge of international norms, regulations, instructions, and local laws related to financial and accounting matters and follow-up to its modifications.
