About the job
Key Accountabilities :


Responsible for assisting the Sales team to drive Jordan Telecom Group revenue by helping to qualify accounts, answer business requests, prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations, and deliver proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.
Review and understanding of all customer segments issued tenders, RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's functional, technical, legal and commercial elements to formulate the proper technical answer for tenders and proposals requests.
Perform complete Turn Key customized / TMO solutions to EBU Customers that fit their business needs in a comprehensive manner covering all aspects of project life cycle.
Formulizing the final proposals for customers Tenders, RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s covering: Business Solution, Technical Design, Commercial Answers, Compliance matrices, Legal contractual points."
Liaison with the concerned departments (ITN, business, commercial, legal, …) to get the relevant responses and feedback needed to answer presales cases.
Incorporated all collected feedback and information in the proposals answering customer demands.
Monitor and follow all proposals & bids and prepare proposals accordingly
Compile complete proposals with all the relevant information in consultation with GM, Sales,
Create and maintain a date base of the proposals submitted.
Liaison with related sales team to follow for competitor’s tender’s participation and performing analysis for their proposals pricing, products and services, technical solutions, …
Presales Management
Support Sales team to increase Orange revenue by meeting with high profile customers to present, discuss, demonstrate or challenge solutions with them.
Direct interaction with customers during tender and solution qualifications to ensure that customers’ requirements are correctly captured and to validate alternative solutions.
Support service delivery team with needed explanation for the contracted solution for the end customers when required.
Build and prepare TMO’s solution budgeting, costing preparation and assist marketing and sales with cost and business case calculation.

Education & Experience :

University degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
+ 4 years experience in related field.
