E-Commerce Product Manager Team Lead
We are looking to hire a Team Leader who will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the team, coach team members on achieving revenues & KPIs and developing necessary skill sets that get results, analyzing the digital customer complete business model, product SKUs, pricing structure, technology stack, ad campaigns, creative strategy, and value proposition. And to distill all of this information into workable action plans, that developers, Marketing team, and media team can seamlessly execute against in order to maximize commercial performance whilst providing the best customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.
They will also be responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders, as well as determining the goals that members will work toward, this is a multi-disciplinary role. Meaning the role will be involved in planning, analysis, strategy, user-experience research, improving conversion rates, keeping consistency on different channels, as well as leveraging on email/push marketing and understanding the roles of content creation and the social space, as well as achieving KPIs and metrics.
Furthermore, they will work closely with branding, commercial and technical team to have updated refreshed digital content and keep monitoring and improve Zain online presence
Main Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To
Identify team goals and evaluate team progress and report them to stakeholders.
Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback.
Communicate mobile app business performance through a variety of metrics, OKRs, and KPIs, including share of search, product page performance, brand compliance across Zain channels, sales rank, etc.
Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses, through Coaching team members & developing team strengths and improve weaknesses.
Make sure the team is evaluating & implement improvements on digital strategy in order to achieve Revenue and KPIs target, through tracking concepts that translates high priority initiatives into compelling business cases that drive business value and ROI.
Make sure of the collaboration with key business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including business owners, Customer Experience, Marketing, Marcomms, IT, Operations, and 3rd party partners/vendors to ensure effective implementation, seamless end-to-end experiences, and alignment with business needs.
Leverage data analytics and Monitor Users and customer feedback on different channels in order to identify opportunities to maximize customer value.
