Senior Marketing Executive

The Senior Marketing Executive will be a critical thinker who can identify new opportunities and develop creative solutions. Responsibilities:

Design annual marketing plans and secure approval from brand managers and principles based on budget and guidelines.
Implement approved media plans, managing media booking, event management, promotions, in-store visual merchandising, digital advertising, social media, influencer marketing, direct marketing, and loyalty programs.
Coordinate with the art and design team to create multimedia assets for advertising campaigns, overseeing production and installation while following brand and group guidelines.
Collaborate with the digital marketing and social media teams to increase online exposure by providing relevant content and assets.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze analytics, and take corrective measures in coordination with the digital marketing team.
Analyze sales performance online and offline, as well as competitors' marketing activities.
Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing techniques and new channels.
Provide complete briefs to all teams involved in a project and conclude with an evaluation report to assess success and make improvements.
Document influencer collaborations with relevant data and information for future reference.
Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare end-of-year claims and reports, and perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
Experience in media planning, event management, visual merchandising, and influencer marketing.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of luxury industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional level in both languages, able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a variety of settings.
