 HR Generalist – Recruitment & Selection

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business management, or a related field.

Job Description
Devise and ensure consistent execution of JICE HR general agenda with focus on handling the implementation and the success measurement of recruitment and selection activities for all JICE functions; to ultimately achieve the functional and organizational goals.

 

- Create partnerships with the different functions to guide company policies, values, HR programs, administration and interpretation to ensure respective HR policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner, to ultimately serve JICE employees, and achieve organization goals.

- Effectively manage assigned HR general projects with overlapping tasks in a structured manner.

-Work in close collaboration with the organizational development team on shared OD activities, and act as back-up when the need arises.

-Work in close collaboration with the C&B team on tracking and reporting headcount, vacancies, and deviations from AOP.

-Work closely with HR management team and the different functions on identifying manpower needs for the purpose of manpower planning.

-Manage the functional recruitment needs, by administering the full recruitment process, as per the approved manpower plan, AOP, and recruitment KPIs.

-Ensure full compliance to JICE recruitment and selection policy.

-Manage, administer and continuously enhance the JICE on-boarding and induction processes.

-Plan and execute HR recruitment branding activities internally and externally.

-Provide assistance to OD in devising a training plan/calendar, and executing the plan within the set budget.

-Consistently communicate and report recruitment related activities progress to direct manager.

-Plan and conduct culture related awareness/refresher sessions to increase employees’ knowledge of JICE processes, and enhance employees’ engagement (PDR/Adaai process, CoC, Values, In-touch sessions).

-Administer recruiting and on-boarding modules on HRIS (SAP SF) and ensuring JICE accuracy of entries and details.

-Initiate new ideas to position JICE as an employer of JICE in the local and virtual communities.

-Review, update and reinforce relevant HR policies and process maps.

-Monitor and report monthly HR KPIs as they relate to recruitment and selection.
