We are seeking a talented individual who can combine the investigative capabilities of a UX Researcher with the creative skills of a Product Designer. This unique role involves understanding our users’ needs and translating them into intuitive and impactful digital banking experiences.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights about user behaviors and needs
Analyze data to uncover patterns and insights, making recommendations based on findings
Translate research insights into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
Design intuitive interfaces and interactions for our digital banking platform
Work closely with product managers, developers, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on design vision and user needs
Build and maintain a design system, guidelines or framework
Constantly iterate on designs based on feedback and data, ensuring the best possible user experience
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies in digital banking and fintech
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in both UX research and product/UI design
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and research tools (e.g., Lookback, UserTesting)
Knowledge of digital banking trends and best practices is a plus
Portfolio showcasing previous work
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
