Al Moasron Group is currently seeking ” Office Manager”
Responsibilities:
1. Organizing schedules and managing management's appointments.
2. Arranging meetings and appointments, ensuring all needs such as food, beverages, room provision, and transportation are met.
3. Managing electronic and paper correspondence, responding to messages effectively and promptly.
4. Arranging travel, booking hotels, organizing tickets, and related procedures.
5. Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
6. Managing files and documents accurately and systematically.
7. Handling visitors and clients politely and professionally.
8. Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residency in Amman is required, preferably near Shmeisani.
