About the job
The Microbusiness facilitator is responsible for assisting in ensuring that the project objectives are implemented according to donor’s requirements.


Core Responsibilities:



Assists in collecting data and information to prepare project progress reports.
Creates and maintain an organized database by regularly updating it, to ensure detailed and accurate documentation.
Ensures that all project-related documents are properly documented and archived to ensure data preservation.
Supports the project team with needed data and maintaining financial expenditures to ensure facilitating the project’s activities.
Assists in conducting field visits and following up on project activities to ensure implementation according to project’s plan.
Communicates effectively with beneficiaries and provides support when needed. 


Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related field.
Good English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
0-2 years of experience.
Basic skills in using computer programs and applications. 
Handles work pressure and willing to work within a team.
