We are seeking to hire a Junior Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst for the internal Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, this role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across the bank stakeholders.
 

Main Responsibilities:


Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a pool of qualified talent.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline and increase the talent bank.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create recruitment plans.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.
Add data to the database of potential candidates.
Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
Assist in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
Support in the creation and maintenance of workforce reports and dashboards.
Assist in writing and redesigning the job roles Success Profiles using the Korn Ferry (Hay) methodology.
Assist in designing the Organizational Structure (OD).
Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-3 Years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
