Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Escape The Room located in Amman. As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating memorable customer experiences. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and resolving any issues or concerns raised by customers.

- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
