Al Salam For Financial Investments is looking to hire a (Customer Service Officer) as follows:
Position: Customer Support Officer
Level: Junior
Department: Customer Support
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling clients’ enquiries in a timely and polite manner to the highest standard possible via email, phone...etc.
- Ensure more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner, if necessary, forwarding to other departments and tracking of results;
- Assisting customers in all areas of the website;
- Establishing professional relationships with clients
- Managing internal database and filling system
- Other tasks and ad-hoc duties as required by the business.
Requirements:
- University degree in business or any related field
- 1-2 Years experience in customer service
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language (writing and oral) is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, diligent and detail oriented;
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Ability to work shifts
