Good Solutions is a company working in designing, marketing and printing is hiring for office administrator position.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Administrator will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

• Maintain contact lists and communicate with external partners.

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

• Develop and maintain a filing system.

• Provide general support to visitors.

• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in administrative role preferred.
