Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Drive the daily operational support needed for the Future Vehicle Program (robots and drones for delivering shipments) including coordination with the vendors, coordination with ground operations, follow up on deliveries, and monitoring of KPIs.

Support in content and material preparation for the Future Vehicle Program including submissions to regulatory entities, iterations to existing pitch decks, and any other request related to the program.

Support in marketing initiatives related to the Future Vehicle Program such as seamless events and launch events with new clients

Support in the execution of internal innovation initiatives such as monthly newsletters and design thinking workshops

Explore, research, and propose innovative ideas that would positively impact Aramex Express Services

Support other team members in the execution of new innovation projects that directly impact Aramex Express services and internal departments

Job Requirements

1-2 years of experience in operations, technology, or other related fields

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or Sciences

Willingness to work in dynamic environments, taking initiative to navigate unfamiliar topics with minimal guidance

Demonstrated interest in innovation, technology, and agile methodologies

Excellent command in English and Arabic language (both written and spoken)
