Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Female)
📝 Role Description
We are looking for a female Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan.
You will work on a variety of creative projects, ranging from editing engaging social media videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube) to designing eye-catching static graphics for digital campaigns. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling, and technical expertise in both video editing and graphic design, we would love to meet you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, color grading, audio mixing, and adding motion graphics and subtitles.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, thumbnails, banners, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual outputs align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
- Time Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Asset Management: Organize and archive project files and raw assets for future use.
✅ Requirements
- Software Proficiency: Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

نبحث عن محررة فيديو ومصممة جرافيك للعمل على مجموعة متنوعة من المشاريع، تشمل:
- مونتاج فيديوهات تفاعلية لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي (Reels، TikTok، YouTube).
- تصميم مواد بصرية ثابتة وجذابة للحملات الرقمية.
إذا كنتِ تمتلكين حسًا بصريًا عاليًا، وشغفًا بسرد القصص، وخبرة تقنية في المونتاج والتصميم، يسعدنا انضمامكِ لفريقنا.
🎯 المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحرير الفيديو: قص اللقطات، تصحيح الألوان، معالجة الصوت، إضافة مؤثرات حركية وترجمات.
- التصميم الجرافيكي: تصميم منشورات سوشيال ميديا، صور مصغّرة، بنرات، إعلانات، ومواد تسويقية.
- صناعة المحتوى: التعاون مع فريق المحتوى لتطوير أفكار إبداعية لمختلف المنصات (Instagram، LinkedIn، YouTube…).
- الالتزام بالهوية البصرية: الحفاظ على تناسق جميع التصاميم مع هوية الشركة.
- إدارة الوقت: العمل على عدة مشاريع في نفس الوقت مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- إدارة الملفات: تنظيم وأرشفة الملفات والمشاريع لاستخدامها مستقبلًا.
✅ المتطلبات
- خبرة قوية في Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في المونتاج والتصميم الجرافيكي.
- يفضّل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الوسائط المتعددة، التصميم الجرافيكي، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
